1. general

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in like-new condition, free from stains, scratches, or significant wear.
It must include all original components (e.g., cushions, hardware) and be in its original packaging (if possible).
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

2. damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if:

Your item is defective.
You received the wrong item.

We will work to resolve the issue promptly through a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.

3. exchanges

Exchanges are not directly supported. If you need a different item, you can:

Return the original item (if eligible).
Make a new purchase for the desired item.

5. refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of its approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

Delivery and installation fees are non-refundable.
Returns showing signs of excessive use, damage, or neglect may be subject to partial refunds or rejection.
